Practical training that grows the company
Concrete paths designed for the entrepreneur and the team: AI in everyday work, managing numbers and processes, continuous improvement, lean production and cost building.
Training that stays in the company
For us, training is not a day of slides forgotten by the following Monday. We start from your company's real work and turn it into practice: how to use AI to work faster and better, how to read numbers and processes to decide, how to improve a little every month instead of chasing the next emergency.
We work in small groups, with the company's real cases and data. The paths combine with each other and adapt to the sector and the starting point: every workshop leaves tools, templates and a shared language that the entrepreneur and the team keep using even when we are no longer there.
Five courses, a programme for each
Each course runs for 8 hours and takes place on-site, either in a single day or across two half-days when there is something to measure or collect between the two sessions. The AI course has a page of its own.

Which indicators to watch and how to read them to decide, and how to bring order to the work: clear roles, hand-offs and workflows, from sales to operations.
Who it is for
Anyone who decides by looking at revenue and the bank balance, and notices problems once they have already happened.
Programme
- Which indicators your company really needs and which are watched out of habit
- From the ERP to the dashboard: where the data is and how to extract it without redoing everything by hand
- Reading a variance: telling the noise from the signal
- Mapping a process end to end: who does what, where it stalls, how long it takes
- Roles and hand-offs: removing the grey areas between sales, production and administration
- The monthly numbers meeting: agenda, duration and the decisions it must produce
What stays in the company: The dashboard with the indicators chosen together, and the map of the company's critical processes.

A method to improve a little at a time, steadily: measure, spot waste and bottlenecks, act in small steps and check the results. No revolutions, but progress that lasts.
Who it is for
Companies that solve the same problems every month and never find the time to fix the cause.
Programme
- Why improvement projects stall after three weeks
- Measuring before acting: the starting picture
- Finding the real cause: five whys, cause-and-effect diagram, data in hand
- The plan-do-check-act cycle applied to a real problem brought in by the team
- Making improvement visible: indicators on display and a department board
- Between the two sessions each participant runs an improvement and measures its effect
What stays in the company: One real problem solved and measured, plus the method to repeat it on the next one unaided.

Lean principles to eliminate waste and streamline production. Through a lean game the entrepreneur and the team experience flow, takt time and continuous improvement first-hand, then bring them onto the company's real processes.
Who it is for
Anyone who manufactures or assembles and sees stock, waiting and rework eating into the margin.
Programme
- The seven wastes, spotted on the company's own processes rather than textbook examples
- Lean game, first round: production as it is today, bottlenecks included
- Flow, takt time and batch size, explained while playing
- Lean game, second round: same product, reorganised flow, results compared
- 5S and the workstation: an order that still holds six months later
- From game to reality: which line or department comes first, and with what target
What stays in the company: The waste map of the chosen department and the plan for the first actions, in priority order.

A clear costing system for the entrepreneur: understanding what each product, job or service really costs, building correct margins and prices, and monitoring them over time to decide with the numbers in hand.
Who it is for
Anyone who quotes by gut feeling and finds out afterwards that certain jobs do not pay.
Programme
- Full cost, variable cost and contribution margin: which one for which decision
- Building the hourly cost of machines and people from the data you already have
- Allocating indirect costs without turning it into an accounting exercise
- From cost to price: target margin, discount management and the floor you never go below
- Quote versus actual: where margins are really lost on jobs
- Monitoring over time: what gets updated every month and what once a year
What stays in the company: The costing model, already filled in with the company's real data.
